When you engage our services at SMP Creative Group, your contract with us for any project is determined by your subscription plan in line with our terms and conditions.  Even if we reviewed our pricing upwards, your monthly subscription costs remains the same. You will be charged according to the original rate of your subscription, and on case by case approach, we will inform you of your new associated cost if you wish to add new layouts or make new changes in the future.

Will my monthly payment ever change?

We will never increase your monthly charges. Our prices are fixed and there is no hidden fees. 

 

 Nonetheless, we offer professional add-ons services that improves the functionality of your website, provide better experience for user and simplify the workflow processes (membership, online payments, interactive forms, etc.) if you select a single page or multi page professional add-ons, these are charged separately apart from your monthly subscription fee.

How long is my trial and what happens when its over?

We offer you a 7- day’s trial which starts when you activate your free membership subscription.

 

During your day’s trial we will create a matching design of your website and submit to you within a week for your assessment. Do you love website? Awesome! We will activate your membership at the selected plan (single page, multi-page, or e-commerce) as soon as the trial period expires. You don’t like the site? No problem. Simply cancel your membership before the expiration of the trial period and your card will never be charged.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you are certain you want to terminate your account, you can cancel it from your membership dashboard. This ensures that your card will not be charged in the future. A billing expert will contact you to conform your cancellation. Immediately your cancellation is confirmed, your website will no longer be live and we will permanently delete your account after 7 days. If you want to reactivate your account before the end of 7 days, send us an email and we will be glad to help!
